JNP Coffee produces, promotes and trades African specialty coffee. Our founder, Jeanine Niyonzima-Aroian, passionately pursues her dream of helping the coffee farmers of her birthplace, Burundi, East Africa – a specialty coffee-producing country and one of the poorest in the world.
Burundi Arabica coffee grows at high altitudes, from 1,200 to 1,950 meters (3,937 to 6,397 feet) above sea level, which contributes to the bright acidity, sweet, complex and full body you find in a cup of Burundi coffee.
Every purchase from JNP Coffee supports more inclusive economic development initiatives for Burundi farmers. Together, we inspire transformational change.
JNP Coffee’s mission is to transform lives in Burundi by shifting social norms through the production of exceptional coffees for the global market, sharing premium prices with coffee farmers, and giving women the tools to be self-sufficient through ownership rights and access to education. We are guided by the belief that we are here to make a difference.

"Our work with JNP has set a standard for what we hope to see in all of our exporter relationships. Jeanine is a true leader for her community, and the impact she's made possible is unlike anything I've seen. Not to mention the high cup quality that our baristas love!"
